Coffee is Best When it’s Local

We visited Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company this week to check out where our delicious coffee is being roasted and it was awesome. First of all, Joffrey’s does all of their coffee bean roasting just 15 minutes north of us on S. MacDill. They roast to order, so you know the coffee you’re drinking wasn’t sitting on a pallet before it got delivered to us. Another great thing is that they only use the highest quality arabica beans and they roast only two bags at a time— meaning each and every coffee bean is evenly roasted.

How’s that for FRESH, LOCAL, and AMAZING?

Enjoy Joffrey’s Coffee iced or hot with us at Datz or at our coffee & sweets shop next door, Dough.

Before the roasting process. The coffee beans in the top half are from Papua New Guinea. The coffee beans in the lower half are from Costa Rica. Can you notice the difference??
